My love of pancakes continues and here are two versions of healthy pancakes for you to try. They are all dairy, refined sugar and gluten free. They are paleo real food pancakes
Version 1 (photo above)
These are just simple 2 ingredient banana pancakes. 1 ripe banana and 2 eggs. Just mash up the banana add the eggs and give it a whisk. Then fry in coconut oil a couple of minutes each side. I service with raspberries and a drizzle of maple syrup.
this will make approx 3 small pancakes enough for 1 person. Just double the recipe to make more.
These pancakes have a little more punch. 1 ripe banana, 2 eggs, 1 tbsp coconut flour, 1 tsp cocao flour. Mash up the banana, then add the eggs, flour and cocao give it a good whisk until combined. Fry in coconut oil a couple of minutes each side.
