One of my favourite things to have for breakfast at the moment, is the smoothie. It’s a quick, filling and clean breakfast.
Here are my two favourites at the moment. Don’t be scared to experiment that’s what I do. Also all my berries are frozen.
1/2cup coconut milk, 1cup of water, 1 scoop of Clean Lean Protein (chocolate flavour) 1/4 cup of frozen blackberries, 1 tbsp LSC (lineseed, sunflower seed and chia) 1 tsp cocao nibs.
