Paleo Banana Pancakes

These pancakes are delicious and only 3 ingredients. Gluten free, low carb, paleo breakfast.

this recipe makes 3 pancakes

Ingredients: 1 banana (ripe), 2 eggs, knob of butter.

1. Mash the banana in a large bowl, add beaten eggs and combine.

2. Heat a fry pan over low to medium heat add the butter  and then add the batter. Batter should make 3 pancakes.
