This is a great one pan, quick dinner. The recipe is for 2 people.
Ingredients: 2 snapper fillets, 1 lemon, handful of fresh dill, 6 garlic cloves, 2 knobs of butter, your favourite Asian green.
1. Warm a large fry pan over a low heat add a knob of butter and 4 garlic cloves, and cook until golden.
2. Add the snapper and pan fry for a few minutes each side and squeeze the lemon over then remove.
3. Add another knob of butter, 2 garlic cloves and stir fry your Asian green until cooked.
4. Plate up and sprinkle over dill and enjoy.
