Zoodles Recipe

Today I purchased a super cool kitchen device to help me make zucchini noodles.

Therefore I decided to do Asian inspired zoodles for dinner.  Which were delicious gluten  and carb free, real food.

Ingredients: 4 zucchini,  3cm piece of ginger (grated), 2 cloves of garlic (crushed), 2/3 cup soy sauce, 1tbsp of honey.

1. I used my new kitchen device to cut the zoodles or you could do it the old fashioned way with a knife then set aside.

2. In a bowl mix, the soy, ginger, garlic, and honey.  Then toss the zoodles in the sauce.

3. Heat a wok on a medium to high heat then add a tbsp of oil I used coconut but you could use olive or sesame seed oil.  Add the zoodles with the sauce and stir fry for 4 to 5 mins. Serve and eat immediately.

This is a super quick dish and very yummy.
